Privacy notice

Polish is an independent research project. This notice covers the information you share through our enquiry form.

What we collect and why

When the enquiry form is enabled, we collect your email, store URL, footage origin, and description of your video need. You can optionally share your name and a private clip link. If present in the page URL, we record the source and campaign to understand where enquiries came from. Each enquiry receives a reference and a submission timestamp.

We use this information to discuss your video need, assess suitability for a possible pilot, and record what we learn about sellers’ workflows. An enquiry is not an order or permission to use your footage.

Who receives your details

Your enquiry is stored privately for the Polish operator. Email notifications are delivered through Resend when configured. Enquiries and clip links are not published or made publicly accessible. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Footage stays yours

A clip link is optional. We’ll ask for separate permission before downloading, editing, or displaying your footage. Please only share footage you have permission to edit and publish, and avoid including sensitive personal information.

Retention and deletion

Stored enquiry records are automatically deleted after 30 days. The operator also deletes notification emails and tracker copies within this period. If we agree on a pilot, we’ll discuss the handling and deletion of its assets separately.

The enquiry form is not enabled yet. This page currently collects no form submissions.

Cookies and measurement

This page does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers. We record only source and campaign information supplied with an enquiry. Ordinary web-server logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
